The User agrees not to post a property on the Site under a name other than the named individual that has been engaged by the property owner to market the property under the terms of a listing agreement. Waller & Associates, LLC reserves the right to remove all or any part of information or refuse Services to anyone at any time in its sole discretion that refuses to abide by the terms and conditions herein.

You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site, the Reports, and the Site Materials and to print to hard copy portions of the Reports and the Site Materials solely for your informational, non-commercial and personal use.
